Quase 700 títulos foram entregues durante a semana Solo Seguro | Tudo Rondônia

Sentiments of gratitude, joy, achievement, appreciation, and pride filled the hearts of nearly 700 residents of Rondônia during the Solo Seguro Land Regularization Week. This event, which took place from June 9 to 13, distributed property titles to residents from Espigão D’Oeste, Rolim de Moura, Nova Mamoré, and the districts of Bom Futuro (Ariquemes), Vila Nova (Alto Paraíso), and Tarilândia (Jaru).

The Solo Seguro program is a national initiative led by the National Justice Corregidorate, bringing together efforts from the judiciary, property registry offices, and local governments to streamline the process of issuing definitive property titles. According to the Chief Corregidor of Justice, Judge Gilberto Barbosa Batista dos Santos, who attended the events in the communities, land regularization is a powerful tool for transformation. “The delivery of these titles is more than just the formal acknowledgment of property; it symbolizes the right to live with dignity, safety, and the ability to plan for the future on solid ground, under the protection of the state and the constitution,” he stated.

Maria Domiciano Dias and Antônio Olímpio Dias, who have lived in Nova Mamoré for 54 years, arrived early to not miss their long-awaited moment: the delivery of their long-desired property title. “It feels amazing, a guarantee that we are finally receiving what is rightfully ours,” celebrated Maria.

In the Bom Futuro district, resident Renata Nogueira Moraes, who has been part of the community for 18 years, emphasized the practical and symbolic importance of receiving her title. “It’s very rewarding to receive the title of my home. It serves as proof for financing and provides a sense of security,” she expressed.

Over in Vila Nova, Maria Marli Mendes da Luz, who has lived there for 19 years, celebrated with excitement. “I’m so happy to finally have the document for my house because now the property truly belongs to me. Before, I couldn’t say that, as I had no documentation. But now I can confidently say it’s mine,” she acknowledged.

The celebration extended beyond long-time residents. Young couples like Kayky Ferreira Santana and Elisama Vitória de Paula Moraes, married for only a year, were taken by surprise with the news of their regularization. “This is a significant achievement that we didn’t expect to experience so soon. Thanks to the public authorities, we now hold our property title,” Elisama exclaimed joyfully.

According to Corregidor Gilberto Barbosa, the Solo Seguro Week underscores the ongoing commitment of the Tribunal de Justiça de Rondônia to public policies that enhance access to citizenship. Through land regularization, he adds, the program brings dignity and legal security to families throughout the state.
